Epoch Iteration 5 - Wondrous Feedback

  1. Great to hear from you all! I had feared the dreaded podfade might have happened -- good to hear it hasn't. Can't wait 'til the next worldbuilding episode comes out.

Loved the History of Rome podcast. Mike does a great job giving a lot of flavor to the history and making it exciting to listen to. He is actually working on a super secret project, which I assume to be another history podcast. A fan has continued the spirit of History of Rome at History of Byzantine (http://thehistoryofbyzantium.wordpress.com/)

I haven't heard of the Star Trek modern Romans episode before. It's odd since the Rom-ulans are basically Romans in space!

  2. This is a vastly essential half of} the design process because it allows the designers to test and set tolerances before the piece is machined. 2-axis and 3-axis machines can struggle with complex geometry due to of} restrictions on undercuts or other elements making internal geometry challenging. The process Direct CNC is used when the fabric to be removed incorporates no convenient tooling options, similar to drilled holes or pockets. EDM can also remove material from an element that would otherwise be thought of scrap.
